Dear Freesurfers,
I am trying to inflate a high resolution (0.5mm iso) monkey brain. I am currently at the mri_segment stage and this program just hangs on me. I am not sure why it is hanging or where I can look to figure this out? Any suggestions or help would be very appreciated!
