No, not with FreeSurfer. Cerebellum has such a fine cortex that you need resolution on the order of microns to actually get it properly.

Yes. When you run fcseed-config, specify the cerebellum (8 and 45). If you have a subsegmentation of cerebellum, you'd have to specify the proper number
