[Freesurfer] Convert QDEC Talaraich coordinates to MNI152

Dear Freesurfer Experts,

I would like to create ROIs for the MNI152 template using coordinates obtained from our QDEC Monte Carlo Simulations results. However, the QDEC results only list the Talairach Coordinates. Is there a program that I can use to convert these tal coordinates to MNI152?
