External Email - Use Caution
Hi FS team, for my line of research I have used aparc2aseg with the --labelwm --hypo-as-wm option to obtain wm measurements from a custom atlas of the brain lobes. However I don't know how I should cite this method as the aparc2aseg documentation does not specify.
