Hi Elijah - Since the error occurs in the CST, is any of the brainstem cut off for this subject? It's hard to tell from the screenshot, but the field of view seems a bit cropped inferiorly.

I have also checked the aparc+aseg and aparc+aseg_mask (overlaid on FA; screenshot attached) as you have suggested, but I can't seem to find anything that would have compromised the -path process.
What else could have gone wrong? trac-all -path works for other subjects.
