depends a little bit on the viewer, but we resample into the scanner space, so it could look like it is tilted

External Email - Use Caution
I have a quick question as it relates to image outputs from freesurfer 6.0 (i.e. /mri/orig/001.mgz vs. nu/T1.mgz). Images below:
Left - /mri/orig/001.mgz
Right – T1.mgz
The outputs (segmentations/surfaces) look good, but I noticed the output volumes (nu.mgz, T1.mgz, brainmask.mgz) looked tilted
compared to the input image (/mri/orig/001.mgz) . Is this expected/possible?
Jim
