Hi,
The pial surface generated in one of my recons doesn't look standard. Part of it looks plump as usual, but mostly the anterior portion looks more like the smoothwm surface -- the gyri look too thin. I've checked in tkmedit, and it's hard to tell, but it does look as though in some areas it's choosing the wrong cut-off points between grey matter and empty space, leaving grey matter outside the pial surface. Does anyone know what might cause this, or have a recommendation for dealing with it? Thanks,
