The subjects directory is Volumes/DATA_PETMR/data_donatienne/Boston_final_analysis/Donatienne/Analyses_freesurfer/recon_flair, the orig files are located in Volumes/DATA_PETMR/data_donatienne/Boston_final_analysis/Donatienne/Analyses_freesurfer/recon_flair/$subjectname
