It looks like there might be an issue with the license saved at /Applications/freesurfer6/.license. Try overwriting this file with your license.txt

The license.txt file is a valid license file and the permissions are set as follows
-rwxrwxrwx 1 root wheel 136 Nov 29 12:48 license.txt
Can you please suggest what seems to be the problem ?
