Dear Freesurfer Experts,
I'm encountering an error when attempting to run mri_glmfit-sim with a custom threshold of 1.6. I've already generated the necessary tables using mri_mcsim for this threshold.
############## mri_glmfit-sim --glmdir glm_wls --mczsim-label {ROI} --mczsim 1.6 abs --cwp 0.05
ERROR: thresh = 1.6, must be 1.3, 2.0, 2.3, 3.0, 3.3, 4.0 ##############
Could you please advise on what I can do to fix this?
