Hello,
This question is directed to the universe of FS users:
Has anyone created a set of tools (e.g., Matlab) for converting FS surfaces into a (sparse) weighted graph structure? In principle, it doesn't seem like this will be too difficult to implement (making use of the some of the existing FS/Matlab 'read' functions that are already available). But, if anyone already has existing code that they are willing to share, I'd appreciate hearing from you.
