Hi Daria, I'm not sure what you are trying to do. What do you mean by "improve" your xhemi registration? You should not smooth before registration. doug

Hi Daria, the only way is to map the individual curvature to the group space (fsaverage_sym) and see if the curvatures seem to align. doug
