External Email - Use Caution
Dear FreeSurfer experts: I updated Freesurfer 7.0.0 on my ubantu system, but there is something wrong so that I can't finish running recon-all pipieline. It stopped at mris_fill in auto-recon2.And I don't know why. It didn't happen when I use Freesurfer 6.0. What should I do to fix this problem? Bests, Dongyue
