Hi All,
Another silly question. When one is rendering a flat map or an inflated surface, there are usually two colors (dark gray/light gray) that indicate whether regions originate from sulci or gyri. How are those usually obtained / derived? In other words, how do I determine the color of a surface vertex (i.e., whether it is a gyrus or a sulcus)? Are these derived from some thresholded curvature values?
Thanks,
