Dear FreeSurfer experts,
I have a question regarding the subcortical segmentation. In the paper by Fischl et al (2002), I've read that the neuroanatomical labels are assigned to the voxels based on probabilistic information automatically estimated from a manually labeled training set. I don't understand which atlas is used though. Is it an atlas of the Center for Morphometric Analysis? How shall I cite it?
