[Freesurfer] func2tal

Hi all,

I am trying to register a functional data (45 minutes, 142049280b) into MNI tal space without any statistic data analyse.

I have done mktalxfm-sess, autoreg-sess, tkregister-sess and manual registration and achieved register.dat

Then I ran func2tal.

************** func2tal -funcstem 005/f -talstem 005/tal/f_tal -reg register.dat -xfm ../mri/transforms/talairach.xfm

INFO: autodetected functype raw ERROR: only selxavg, selavg, and sfa functypes are currently supported

*********** It looks this program doesn't support the raw (bshort?) format. Did I make mistake somewhere? What else I can try? Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
