Dear Bruce,
Thanks so much again for improving it.
When looking at the pial surfaces, I noticed that sometimes the pial surfaces and the main surfaces are entangled in 5.2 (but it seems less so in 5.1).
Here are two slides (https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/65918007/FS%205.2.pptx) with this version difference indicated by the yellow arrows.
If 5.2 can be improved to automatically disentangle these surfaces like in 5.1, that would be really really nice!!
