Hi,
We are attempting to use optseq2 for a study design where the events last 5 seconds. ?
I've found previous answers that indicate that PSDWIN max should be set between 21 to 24 seconds if your event is 3 seconds in length.
For 5 seconds in length, I assume this would be between 25 and 30?
My actual question is this: how does one determine the length of the hemodynamic response function and set their PSD max?
Is there a heuristic you can use?
