Dear all, Hi
I'm looking for the convention of freesurfer which is used for reading a nifti Image, as we are familiar with a nifti Image is saved as an array which then the Voxel Space obtained from that from these "Voxel Space" evey method (as FreeSurfer, FSL, ANTS, ...) will use One Matrice to convert these "Voxel Space" to the Anatomical Space taking care of orientation, Origin Definition, voxel size, ... . I'd appreciate it if you could show me the parts of FreeSurfer's source code which are responsible for this action.
