(1) I did not have a problem with this. It does require that you spec summary and log files (and the error msgs look similar, so make sure you enter everything you need).
(2) I found the bug that was causing the bus error. I've fixed it here, which of course won't help you. As a work-around, try specifying and output paradigm stem. If that does not work for you, I can get you an updated version.
