Dear Freesurfer experts,
I am new to using freesurfer and was wondering if anyone could explain to me the difference in output generated by BrainSegVolNotVent and BrainSegVolNotVentSurf. I am aware that BrainSegVolNotVent refers to the Brain Segmentation Volume Without Ventricles and BrainSegVolNotVentSurf refers to the Brain Segmentation Volume Without Ventricles from Surf. However, I am unsure of what exactly this means and was wondering if anyone could explain this to me or point me to documentation explaining this.
