Hi Pedro,
sorry for the arcane error message. This means that the 1d (sup/inf) normalization couldn't find 3 reliable planes to fit a spline to. Typically this either means the talairach is bad (not much since we started using Avi's), or that there is a bit bias field in one of the other directions. If the former, fix the taliarach. If the latter, try running with -no1d (you may need to specify some wm control points manually).
