Hello!
After completing the talairach correction in tkregister2 (saving the changes with the SAVEREG button), I am running recon-all -all -s subj. But now I'm wondering if by doing it this way the changes will be incorporated or the process will start from the beggining leaving everything as before the manual corrections...
Is there any flag needed?
