Hello, Is there a way to calculate standard deviation of PET data within each segmentation using mri_segstats?
Corinna
One of the columns should be the std dev over space. Is that what you want?

I want the standard deviation within each cortical region. In the output I currently have, there is just the average pet value, but no standard deviation.
