Hi,
What is the proper way to generate a single table containing all tracula generated statistics for all subjects in a study? I tought tractstats2table was the way to do this, I am confused as to how trac-all -stat factors into this process in the latest (12-09-13 version)?
Thank you.

Hi Sal - Have you checked the tutorial? http://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/FsTutorial/TraculaStatistics
One is for grouping the pathstats.overall.txt files, the other for the pathstats.byvoxel.txt files. So average measures over the whole tract vs. measures as a function of position along the tract.
Hope this helps, a.y
