I used PACE online motion correction on Bay 3, and now I am trying to figure out how to retrieve the motion data: how much motion was there?
Any and all help is much appreciated.
Thanks Ed
here's the info I have on it
DICOM Tag 20 4000
With VA15a the first two volumes are not corrected and this is mentioned in the comment. The third volume is reference (improved accuracy) and the following volumes are corrected to the third one and do have the mentioned "Motion:..." comment. (With the next release we have preparing scans, so the first volume in the database can be reference
1. Translation up/down in millimeter 2. Translation left/right in millimeter 3. Translation through plane in millimeter 4. Rotation around vertical axis in degrees 5. Rotation around horizontal axis in degrees 6. Rotation aroung slice normal axis in degrees
Motion: 0.12,-0.00,0.20,0.09,0.15,-0.05
