Any suggestions on how to correct the pial surface on this subject? The wm.mgz volume appears to be segmented properly, yet there are many 'strands' of gray matter in the left temporal lobes left outside of the pial surface. We have several like this; subjects are diagnosed with primary progressive aphasia. Thanks.
