The "/average7/" subject is missing in FreeSurfer 5.1, so I guess using "/fsaverage/" is the same, but that command shows no results.

The command: /tksurfer fsaverage lh inflated -overlay beta.mgh -fthresh 0

/shows red areas on blue cortex. Is this correct ?
