I could be wrong, but after examining the recon-all.log file you attached, I believe your case exposed a minor bug in the program when using the -parallel flag. However, due to the specifics of this case, I think all future subjects should work. And I using just the autorecon3 flag on this case might work as well.

Can you please try reprocessing the subject using just the -autorecon3 flag and let me know how is goes?

recon-all -s p0001 -autorecon3
