Dear experts,

We have a pool of 490 subjects and will work on a linux grid for the recon. For this analysis we are only interested in subcortical areas.

Question: Is it possible to run only the subcortical segmentation (and leave out the cortical segmentation)? (Is it possible to run the -subcortseg of recon without any other processing?) What flag would be used for this instead of the -all option, or is a different general command available that limits the segmentation to the subcortical areas only?
