Had made a slight error in my previous request. Here it is, clarified:
Is there a straightforward way to convert Surface-based Group Analysis results (e.g. sig.mgh) to ANALYZE format in conventional MNI coordinate space (i.e. viewable with FSL)? What steps, and what tools, should I use to perform such a conversion?
Thanks, Eric

You can use mri_surf2vol to map the surface values into a volume. This will be in MNI305 space. Is that the MNI space you want?
