External Email - Use Caution

Hi, I am a beginner to freesurfer. Currently I am working on some dicoms from ADNI that I want to preprocess using autorecon1. But I am getting this 'talairach_afd: Talairach Transform: transforms/talairach.xfm ***FAILED*** ' error. Also I am using v6.0.0. If I use the -notal-check flag, at/after the skull stripping stage I get continuous messages of this sort for different coordinates: left/right detection failed, moving y coord to -2147483638 from -2147483648

I am attaching the error log for your reference without the -notal-check flag. Please help me out.
