Hello,
When using segmentHA_T1.sh on one of my subjects the left hippocampus ROI seems to spill over a lot into white matter and other gray matter regions. See attached picture. Is there a way to fix this or improve the hippocampal segmentation? Or will I have to scrap this subject's data? I have also included the scan log.
