That mean "Smooth2 (?h.smoothwm)" in individual steps, is it right? Please, tell me how to smooth by a Gaussian Kernel of 10 FWHM. In addition, I read a sentence as following: To compare cortical thickness between groups, the cortical surfaces of all subjects were transformed into a group template surface space. Please, tell me how to transform into a group template surface space.
