Hi,
a recently investigated hippocampal and amygdala volumes in a patient and control group using Freesurfer. The reviewers appreciate the method (Freesurfer's automated segmentation), but like to see an example of the anatomic definitions:
"Please include examples of amygdala and hippocampal region definitions on delineated images, side by side with the gray scale images for several slices in orthogonal planes (sagittal and coronal at least)."
I used T1 1x1x1 mm MR images, MPRAGE; TI 850 ms, TR 2250 ms, TE 3.68 ms, flip angle 15 deg, FoV 256x256x176 mm, voxel size 1.0x1.0x1.0 mm. Is there anyone who has some examples? I have been looking on the Wiki and in the published Freesurfer papers, but could not find it. It would help me a lot,
