Hi
I am not sure my last query below was circulated to the list. If somebody has an answer it would be great.
Cheers

Dear All,
I would like to correlate two surfaces with glmfit e.g. thickness and curvature but I don't seem to be able to find any document explaining how to do that. In addition, is it possible to correlate left and right hemisphere surfaces and if yes how?
Could you please point me in the right direction?
Thanks
Nic
You have to use the "per-voxel regressor" function using the --pvr flag. It adds a voxel/vertex specific column to your design matrix. Still working on the tool to do proper left-right surface reg.
