Hi all, I am using qdec and I would like to know if it is possible to do any comparison with whit matter in qdec. Thank you for the help, Miguel.

Miguel,
The wmparc.stats file contained in each subjid/stats directory contains data for parcellations sampled into the white matter (ROIs) that could be used as regressors against cortical thickness (in the same way that, say, hippocampal volume from aseg.stats can be used as a regressor).
qdec's Generate Stats Data Tables button doesnt read this file, but if you tell me which freesurfer you are using (linux 32 or 64b, or mac) i can give you an update. or use asegstats2table to process wmparc.stats and manually enter into your qdec.table.dat file.

Thanks Nick, my version is 4.0.3 on a linux 32bit. If you could send me the update I would be grateful. My point is to do a whitte matter comparison between two groups of subjects, with and without a pathology. I woul like to use white matter as I use cortical thickness (If it is possible), and not as a regressor. Thank tou for the help.
