I solved the problem with aparcstats2table posted in my former email.
The names of the parcellations derived from mris_make_face_parcellations are written with spaces in between
ic3.tri face 1 ic3.tri face 2
Instead of
ic3.tri_face_1 ic3.tri_face_2

yes, Doug pointed this out to me a few weeks ago and it should be fixed in the next release.
