Dear FS experts

I tried to get the cortical thickness of my own parcellations, but there is a problem. Although the whole information is available in the .stats file, only one value is written into the table file produced by aparcstats2table.

I attached both one .stats file and the table file.

I used the following command:

aparcstats2table --subjects GCS_* --hemi lh --parc ic3.face --meas thickness --tablefile ic3_face_lh_thickness.txt
