Dear experts,
I have some questions. I did Qdec group analysis with three nuisance factors. And one region remained after FDR correction. Then I did 'mri_surfcluster' specifying the FDR-determined voxel-wise threshold as the --thmin. After that I ran 'mri_segstats' and got the values.
1)Are these values 'nuisance factors adjusted' values?
2)If not, is there a way to get 'nuisance factors adjusted' values using FreeSurfer?
Best Regards, Hiroki
what are your command lines?

Thanks Douglas. My command lines are
'mri_surfcluster --in /Volumes/My_Book_Thunderbolt_Duo/subjects_DCNTDC/qdec/Untitled/rh-Diff-WT-Hetero-Intercept-thickness/sig.mgh --thmin <FDR-determined threshold> --subject fsaverage --hemi rh --ocn ocn.mgh'
'mri_segstats --i /Volumes/My_Book_Thunderbolt_Duo/subjects_DCNTDC/qdec/Untitled/y.mgh --seg ocn.mgh --excludeid 0 --avgwf y.ocn.dat --sum ocn.sum'
I referred previous archives. Are there anything wrong?
Best Regards, Hiroki

Those will not be adjusted for nuisance values

Thank you for your help. I have another question. Is there a way to get 'nuisance factors adjusted' values using FreeSurfer?
Do I have to use other software (Matlab etc.) to get adjusted values?
Best Regards, Hiroki
