Dear Freesurfer experts,
Does anyone have any experience on surface PVC in DTI? Concretely, I'm analysing cortical mean diffusivity (all on surface) and I am wondering whether the PVC pipeline for PET (petsurfer) would work on that case.
Thanks for your help,
Edu V.
It is an interesting idea. If you did the Muller-Gartner correction, then it would essentially compute the mean WM time course and weight and subtract it from neighboring GM voxels, then rescale the GM voxel based on the percent of GM in the voxel. If you run it, use --psf 0, and it will just correct for the voxel-fraction effect. Good luck!
