what is your command line? Also, please send the entire terminal output

I checked, and the aparc+aseg.mgz file is ok (I can read it with nibabel)

I'm using the FreeSurfer dev version (freesurfer-Linux-centos6_x86_64-dev-20161215-dd925e2) on a 32GB CentOs7 machine, so I don't think I'm really out of memory.
