Hi,
We ran a data set through fslregistration, did our analyses, and then ran everyone through bbregister. We now want to do a new func2roi analysis using the fslregistration (so that it is consistent with our previous analyses). Is there a way to know which registration file (register.dat or register.fsl.dat) is being used by func2roi-sess, or is there a way to specify that it use the register.fsl.dat one? I didn't see anything on the Wiki that looked right.
Thanks,
Garth
I'm assuming FreeSurfer should work with the new OS given the relative minor adjustments to it, but wasn't sure. You may not have a copy of it yet, but was wondering if you knew of any foreseeable problems. Thanks.

Derin,
We dont have a copy of it yet, but from what I've read about, freesurfer should not be affected. freesurfer makes use of X11 for its gui stuff, and that seems to be unchanged in the Snow release.
The only issue pertaining to this release is that Snow will not support the powerpc. We still issue tiger and leopard releases for the powerpc, but will probably discontinue the tiger releases (both powerpc and intel), in favor of releasing just the leopard and snow releases.
