Hi everybody,
some days ago Bruce wrote me that with FS it is possible to obtain measures of cerebellar cortical volume. I found these measures in the aseg.stats file. In this file what does "norm mean" stand for? is it the thickness? Then, does somebody know the command to obtain these measures?
Thanks,
Irene Mattisi
That is the measure of the intensity of the gray matter in the cerebellar cortex. We do not compute the thickness

it's the mean intensity in the cerebellum I think, *not* the volume
