But the problem is in the values of minc file. For exemplo the which structure is in the label 10 in minc file? The FreeSurferColorLUT.txt has a RGB values and I don't Know which the RGB coordenates in the minc file converted. Do you understand me?

per the FreeSurferColorLUT.txt file, label 10 is Left-Thalamus-Proper, ie, the first column is the label number.
