External Email - Use Caution

When I go to http://secure-web.cisco.com/1jgCpVnCnpYUf1STtrprTp2p1sr_-sFIyb-fzDa-XLhkXgR0..., and go to “Freesurfer Subscribers” -> “Unsubscribe or edit options” and enter my email address and press the “Unsubscribe or edit options” button, I get a

“The proxy server is refusing connections”

Error. I see this (or similar message) in Firefox, Chrome and Safari. I’m on OSX 10.14.6.
