Hi Everyone, When running mri_annotation2label for an individual subject one label is not extracted. The processing text says: 0 empty skipping. Does anyone know why this is happening and if I can get this label extracted? Do I need to re-run part of the autorecon process? Thanks, Cameron

Hi Doug, Here are the conditions under which this problem occurred: computer: troy environment: centos4 source /usr/local/freesurfer/nmr-dev-env setenv SUBJECTS_DIR /space/troy/4/users/retrievalnew
I pasted the commands I ran and their outputs below. The problem occurs with the attempted extraction of the sixth label (rh.entorhinal.label). All of the other labels extract without a problem and this label is not excluded when I runt his command with any other subject.

I can't replicate this:
/usr/local/freesurfer/dev/bin/mris_ca_label -w 1 dev SM2C1_autoreconall rh sphere.reg /usr/local/freesurfer/dev/average/rh.curvature.buckner40.filled.desikan_killiany.gcs rh.aparc.dev.annot
gives me a fine rh entorhinal (although your rh.aparc.annot didn't have one, I have no idea why). Can you try rerunning this in your dir and confirm that entorhinal reappears?
