Hi Siti, you'll need to give us more information about what you did. What was your command line? Did the command finish without error? Have you gone through the checks to make sure that the other results (eg, skull strip) are ok? See surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/BugReporting for what else might be useful to send to us so that we can more efficiently help you.
