Hello, We have created a difference map (surface encoded volume). We would like to display different values on the map as different colors (similar to an annotation file). Is there a way to convert a surface encoded volume to an annotation format or even label files?
Thanks, Elif
You will need to segment your differences into bins, then you can use mris_seg2annot. Run it with --help for more info.
