Hi all, I've created the final surface on one of my images and noticed that mris_euler_number has detected defects. I've gone back to edit what i think is the problem and was wandering if I need to go through the whol process again (create surface -> Fix topology correction -> Create final surface), or if I can just run create final surface again. Thanks, Alex
what is the euler number? It should be 2 in all cases - you shouldn't have to edit to get a topologically correct surface. In some cases it was 1 or 0, but Florent fixed those problems a while ago, so if you have an up-to-date version of mris_fix_topology it should be 2.
cheers, Bruce
